As any change starts from within, that’s what we got to focus on next. Your inner self-talk, your perception of yourself and your surroundings and most of that happens inside your brain. So in this episode we will dive into that topic and I’ll guide you through the steps of how to reprogram how you think and what it really takes to make change stick.

This episode also includes a mini-meditation exercise to release negative emotions and thoughts to create space, so you can shift your way of thinking. Please don't do this exercise whilst driving or handling machinery. Make sure you are either comfortably seated or lay down.
